Policy on Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds


• Hair Care Products: We cannot accept returns on any hair care products. The only exception is if the company ships the wrong product.


• Hair Extensions/Braiding Hair: We will accept returns within 7-days of receipt of merchandise. If the hair has been used and/or altered from its original condition, a refund and/or exchange WILL NOT be granted.


• Electrical Styling Tools: We will accept returns within 7-days of receipt of merchandise. The merchandise must not be unopened and in working order.
Note: A restocking fee of 15% will be accessed to all return orders requesting a refund. This will be waived if the customer receives the wrong product


Order Tracking
Once an order ships a confirmation email containing your USPS or FedEx tracking number. Instructions for tracking your order will be included in the email.

Order Changes
• Order changes are allowed on any order that has not been shipped.
 

Shipping Times & Cost
• All wholesale orders will ship within 24 hours.
• Actual shipping charges are based on the weight of the order and the method of shipping. Due to the chemical content or manufacturer restrictions, certain items cannot be shipped. Customers will be contacted via email if their order contains any such items.
